Chip has over 25 years of experience helping people improve the way they write. He enjoys empowering people to put words to thoughts and to pursue their career aspirations through clearer self-marketing. Chip is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy with a Masters in Teaching Writing and Literature from George Mason University, and a PhD in English from Catholic University.
Sonmin Crane
Administrative Director
Sonmin has nearly 20 years of experience in marketing, communications, and graphic design; she has written and designed documents for magazine publishers, software development companies, a graphic design agency, and the education sector. She has a BA in International Studies from American University.

Owner and primary trainer, Chip Crane, is a US Navy veteran with 20 years of active duty service, including deployments to the Mediterranean and Middle East.
